MirissaStays acts solely as an informational directory and lead-generation platform. We do not process payments for bookings, nor do we act as an agent for any property listed on the site.

• For Guests: Any booking inquiries, agreements, or payments made via WhatsApp or email are strictly between you and the property host. We hold no liability for disputes, cancellations, or damages.
• For Hosts: By listing your property, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, and you possess the legal right to rent the property. You agree to maintain accurate pricing and availability information.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, MirissaStays and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from MirissaStays for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from MirissaStays
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from MirissaStays
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from MirissaStays

4. Limitation of Liability
